Shocking experience @GordonRamsay Bar&GrillPH (@NewportWorldResorts, Manila). Asked for medium-rare burger, told yes, then made to sign a food-poisoning disclaimer (!). After 30 mins, they refused to serve it anyway! Zero confidence in their own food, wasted our evening. We left.

We used to love @British_Airways - but you really are a faint shadow of your former selves. Here in Porto. Just had email cancelling our flight home. No offer of help to find another flight. Appalling! This is about 4th cancellation in 2 years. #complaint#poorcustomerservice
