@ajbell Apparently AJ Bell do not have a fraud reporting service. I have tried to report a fraud but have been told that this does not exist. Amazing for a Pension provider
@Investcentre@ajbell I see that AJ Bell have closed their AJ Bell touch address. Probably that their customer service is useless and can't hacl any on line criticism. I have lost some shares from my account and no explanation from this company - not sure if they are trustworthy
@OctopusEnerg@OctopusEnergy So how have Octopus won Customer Service awards when they only aim to respond within 48 hours and have no service level on whether they have resolved the issue or not. Do they publish their performance against service levels?

@Lux_Escapes Terrible client experience. Been waiting for over 24 hours for something more than a canned emailed response regarding how they miss sold us a holiday package. What we got was not what we bought.

@Lux_Escapes Seems like there is a delay in your response times Every time I ask a question.
It took 7 hours to allocate an agent. The agent was useless and did not answer one question after 3 hours of chat.
