It’s been over 24 hours since cebu pacific located my bag. Still no update on when I can expect to receive it despite informing them I leave my current location on Saturday so need it asap. A hugely disappointing service we are continuing to receive!!

@CebuPacificAir @Gabs_3010_ still no update on our missing luggage from 3 days ago, despite the reason they are missing being that cebu Pacific staff forgot to put everyone’s luggage on our plane and promises it would be resolved the next day. Really disappointing.

@CebuPacificAir @abbietipton587 We were told at circa 9am PHT yesterday that there would be courtesy shipping and our last update was at circa 6pm PHT! Abbie is leaving Auckland on Saturday - we need confirmation that it will arrive before then ‼️ Abbie is in a foreign country now for 4 days with no belongings!

@CebuPacificAir @Gabs_3010_ Still no response from anyone at Cebu Pacific. My luggage was located 7 hours ago and yet we have had no confirmation when it will be sent to me. I have been left without belongings now for 3 days and Cebu Pacific are intentionally delaying further.

@CebuPacificAir @Gabs_3010_ Hi, thanks for confirming. We have not yet heard from this team. There is no reason why cebu pacific cannot send my bag now. It’s extremely upsetting that you are withholding my luggage from me for longer than is absolutely necessary.
