same service, how are these improvements? It was fine as it was. In 2 weeks I’ve sold 1 thing, which is rare for me on eBay. And when asked for help or queries, they are ignored or after talking on chat for an hour, are given answers that don’t make any sense! What a shame eBay.

@AskeBay I’d like to know why the cost of royal mail through the simple delivery option is now more money, usually tracked 48 small parcel is £3.39 up to 2kg now it goes from £3.74 for 1kg and £4.27 for 2kg. Could you explain why please?
