@BootsHelp 2/2 I am concerned about a parcel of things that don't match my order being dealt with correctly in the warehouse etc and a refund issued. I am disappointed having paid and ordered my items, that I am now having to wait for you to receive your incorrect order back.

Having an positive impact on somebody in a sector I love. Taking space out of your day to think about somebody elsewhere, it can be useful for the day job too. Getting to know other bits of the sector. Learning stuff yourself. There are no downsides!

@HinklerTweets 2/2. My 8yo automatically used the orangey/peach for (her) skin tone. If you include some brown pencils they can be used for skin & hair of kids of colour.
