@ao we had another visit this afternoon. I HAVE A JOB you can’t expect me to take 6 afternoons off in the past 6 months. If you can’t fix it send us a new one. Each time you tell us that it will be fixed I wash all of my clothes ready to go in our dryer. Awful awful awful

@ao we bought a tumble dryer with you a few years ago inclusive of breakdown cover. Our tumble dryer has not worked since October. Someone came at christmas and didn’t fix it. We have had 4 post Christmas and each time they said that the old engineer ordered the wrong parts.
