As the result of holiday break survival mode, I gave my almost two-year-old access to my phone during a few desperate moments. I'm now realizing said toddler managed to Tweet and post IG stories without my knowledge. I'm somewhat annoyed but mostly impressed.

This project is at the site of Tup Tim Thai, which is now closed. The property is fenced and ready for construction.

The new building adds 113 units, 25 of which are MTFE. In addition, it will pay $2.6 million into the Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) fund.
