Teachers stand at the board teaching students information that they don’t understand will help them in the future. Students get called on, want to answer, but can’t because they are too nervous and they become stressed. Many students speak English easily, it rolls off their (1)

(2)tongue. Other students find it harder and need more assistance. Be patient, not every student learns the same way. Teachers need to come together as one and be successful for the students in front of us.

a piece where it is an argumentative essay, you want to try and show them all point of views to help them grow their writing but the criticism needs to be aimed to help the piece and not personal.

Another important part of the Kirby + Crovitz was in the responding to encourage precision in writing section. It was expressing how you change the way you critique as the person you are critiquing grows in skill. Especially when you are reading #396flynns23 (1)

Another piece of information that I got from the Kirby & Crovitz reading was in the “Looking for good” section. I though this section was informative because it’s important to share good feedback with your student but it’s also good to give feedback on #396FlynnS23 (1)

like that because you want the student to take the feedback and use it to correct their work, not you just correcting it for them. Our response should be basically a shared reaction with the student about their piece.
