@simonandmoose No it was bc adjunct salaries show up as “stipends” on paychecks even though they’re regularly paid, and our “debt to income ratio” was too high for an FHA, but conventional they don’t care about that as long as you make enough and have enough to put down.

Drury University (MO) has to have one of the best D2 facilities in America. This is better than a lot of D1 gyms/fieldhouses/arenas. Players, don’t turn your nose up to small college ball. It’s legit.
