Breaking: Tony Chung, a young HK activist who was arrested for breaking the #NSL in July, was arrested again near the US Consulate of HK this morning. Reportedly, he planned to enter the consulate and seek asylum. The police may once again prosecute him for colluding with the US.

Tony Chung, a pro-independence student activist in #HongKong, has reportedly gone missing this morning, according to Studentlocalism.
Apple Daily has reported that he was taken away by police officers from the national security unit near the US embassy earlier today.
