Anyway, I'm glad people have stopped asking us if we have "education experts" on staff
The "experts" are morons. No one should be listening to them

🚨🇺🇸🇾🇪 Trump's Camp David weekend was reportedly spent reviewing strike options against the Houthis
Atlantic Council senior fellow Alex Plitsas, speaking on CNN, says the meeting was called to deliberate over targets in Yemen, and nothing has been confirmed by the White House or the Pentagon.
If that holds, Washington is about to do the exact thing it told Mohammed bin Salman no to three separate times this month, after telling Riyadh it would have to fight the Houthis on its own.
Going back into Yemen is a worse bet now than it was in 2025, when the last American campaign ended in May because the Joint Chiefs chairman saw no way out of it, and the Houthis have since taken both banks of Bab al-Mandeb, seized the islands, and shown they can put missiles on Riyadh.
Bombing them has been tried by everyone in the neighborhood, and the group is stronger after every round.

We've been sleeping on the most potent brain enhancing peptide for DECADES
And it's somehow also an amazing athletic PED
Pinealon (Glu-Asp-Arg) is probably the best thing to come out of Russia
Restores sleep quality, dreams, dopamine, memory like nothing else (brain-mitochondria)
Insane synergy with Epitalon (the pineal gland/reverse aging peptide peptide) that restores Circadian rhythm, melatonin production, REM, Deep Sleep, and SKIN - yes skin
Epitalon great at 3-6mg before bed
Pinealon packs a punch at 1mg in the AM, but magical up to 4mg, HOWEVER it can almost force you to sleep 9-10+ hours (you need it) so keep that in mind and don't try it at night or before work for the first time
With both of these - Have your light environment, light therapy, magnesium, DHA, nutritional cofactors and blue blocking dialed in first so you can really take advantage of the benfits
Dorian Yates says 6 minutes on an air bike does the same thing as 45 minutes of cardio.
If you've been killing yourself on the treadmill for an hour every morning hoping to get leaner, Yates wants you to know there's a faster way.
He's the six-time Mr. Olympia who uses the air bike for cardio because it engages every muscle in your body at once, including your push, pull, and legs.
His protocol is a 1-minute warmup, followed by 3 rounds of 20-second all-out sprints with 1 minute of rest between each. Total time: 6 minutes.
A study cited in the book One Minute Cardio compared this exact protocol to 45 minutes of steady-state cardio. The results were more or less the same.
The cardio industry built itself on the assumption that more time equals more fat loss. That assumption has never matched the data.

SHOCKER...the LA homeless count is going UP!
I warned you guys: the more homeless people, the more money Nithya Raman and Karen Bass can launder through their corrupt NGOs. You will NEVER fix this problem by electing people who profit off it.
It's hard to overstate how much of an outlier California is for its slow vote-counting relative to literally any other state or almost any other industrialized democracy.
It's been pointed out for years that while many large and relatively poor countries count all votes the same night as the election, California takes weeks or months. It's a choice to do that.
And of course it will lead to rational suspicions about the integrity of the result:
NEW: Spencer Pratt fires back at reporter after he was asked about his plan for the homeless, says they will all end up in Seattle.
Reporter: "What are your plans for the over 40,000 homeless in Los Angeles?"
Pratt: "Well, they're not homeless, they're drug addicts... These people have been bused in by scam rehabs, scam NGOs, scam homeless nonprofits."
"These people, when I unplug them ... they're all going to Seattle, where the mayor will welcome them."
Everyone is trying to claim me for their tribe. There’s no R next to my name, there’s no D next to my name. I’m not part of a political party, because I hate politicians. I’m just Spencer, husband to Heidi, father to Ryker and Gunner, and I’m a pissed off Angeleno who loves my city and is fed up with what corrupt politicians have done to her.
Don’t vote for the person. Vote for the policy. Compare my policies on homelessness to theirs:
PRATT:
-Mandatory drug treatment
-Send home addicts who were bussed in from out of state
-Enforce the law
BASS & RAMAN
-Put addicts in overpriced housing and let them do drugs next to your kids’ school
-Give methheads free pipes
-Make YOU pay for new teeth for said methheads
