Personal branding isn't about becoming known for everything
It's about becoming remembered for something.
The coaches who build strong brands aren't always the loudest.
They're the ones whose message becomes familiar every time someone sees their content.

Most online coaches think more qualifications = more clients.
So they stay stuck learningâŚ
Another course.
Another certification.
Another âthingâ to feel ready.
But nothing changes.
Because clients arenât looking for the most qualified coach.
Theyâre looking for someone who:
â understands their situation
â speaks their language
â makes them feel certain
Thatâs why some coaches with small audiences are signing clientsâŚ
While others with years of learning are still waiting.
Itâs not about knowing more.
Itâs about how you show it.
If youâre trying to sign clients with your content and itâs not workingâŚ
Comment âCLIENTSâ and Iâll break it down for you.
Most online coaches donât have a content problem. They have a missing system.
Thatâs why they post consistentlyâŚ
give value⌠try different ideasâŚAnd still struggle to get clients.
Because content alone doesnât convert.
There are only 3 things that turn content into clients:
1 > Acquire
If your content doesnât attract the right people, nothing else matters.
Youâll get views⌠but not buyers.
2 > Align
Attention isnât enough.
If people donât trust you or feel understood, they wonât move.
They watch⌠then disappear.
3 > Ascend
Even if someone is interestedâŚ
If thereâs no clear path to work with you, they wonât figure it out themselves.
So you stay stuck hoping people reach out.
Thatâs the gap.
Most coaches are doing one of these⌠maybe two.But rarely all three together. And thatâs exactly why their content doesnât bring clients.
Content doesnât get you paid.A system does.
Everyone talking about:
⢠âHormozi highlight channelâ
⢠âClipping Armyâ
⢠âVLOG vs. Business YT Channelâ
As the âbestâ way to grow your brand.Could not be further from the truth
If you are irrelevant & suck at content, spreading a shitty/ineffective message 6x/day wonât save you
All these methods or AMPLICATIONS of existing & high-converting brands
The easiest (and imo best) way to grow your brand is to simply:
1) Identify what makes you unique (story, personality, accomplishments, etc.)
2) Identify relevant topics you feel competent in (and your ICP cares about)
3) Overlay your ICPs problems & dreams with your brand topics/story
4) Create 1x GENUINELY valuable piece of content that solves/addresses a problem or answers a FAQ
5) Analyze performance & re-iterate message/topics
6) Repeat for 90 days
I used to think posting more was the answer.
More content. More consistency. More value.
I was doing all of it â and still getting crickets.
No DMs. No inquiries. Nothing.
It took me a long time to admit the real problem wasn't my effort.
It was my messaging.
Here's what I kept seeing when I started reviewing other coaches' profiles too:
They were talking about themselves instead of to their client.
"I help people transform their mindset."
"I coach high-performers to unlock their potential."
"I guide ambitious people toward their best self."
All of it sounds fine. None of it lands.
Because it doesn't name a real pain. It doesn't speak to a specific person. It sounds like every other coach on the platform.
And the algorithm doesn't reward that. Neither do potential clients.
The shift that actually changed things?
Stop writing for "your audience."
Write for one person â with one specific problem â that they'd be too embarrassed to Google.
Instead of: "5 mindset tips to perform better"
Try: "Why you wake up motivated and crash by noon â and the exact reason it keeps happening"
One of those gets scrolled past.
The other makes someone stop and think: wait, how did he know?
That's the feeling you're chasing.
The 6 mistakes I see most often (in order of how quietly they kill reach):
1. Talking about yourself instead of your client's pain
2. Using transformation language that means nothing specific
3. Writing broad content that moves nobody
4. Leading with credentials instead of proof
5. No hook in your first line â you lose them in 1.5 seconds
6. Educating without a clear next step â you're building an audience of lurkers, not buyers
The fix isn't complicated. It's just uncomfortable.
You have to get specific about the exact, embarrassing, frustrating thing your client is living right now.
Not the polished version. The raw one.
Name that and your content starts to feel personal to a stranger.
That's when things change.
I put together a full carousel breaking this down slide by slide.
Save it. Come back to it before you write your next post.
And if you want me to review your current messaging â drop a comment or send me a DM.
Happy to tell you exactly what's not working and why.

If visibility automatically created clients...
every Online Coach with 10k followers would be fully booked and hitting $10k-$20k months.
But you and I both know that's not happening.
This app is built to keep you addicted to views, likes and saves -not to help you sell your $150-$300 sessions or $2k-$5k programs.
If you get:
Post consistently and still have irregular income
Attract "dream" followers who never DM
Hear "I'll come back" or "I can't afford it" on repeat
Get asked "how much is it?" more than "how can we start?"
The problem isn't the algorithm. It's your content messaging.
Once your content starts shifting beliefs instead of just educating, speaks to one specific client (not everyone who might be "stressed"), and actually shows why you are the only logical choice...
...you stop chasing leads, and the right people start chasing you-ready to invest.
If you're Online Coach in the US / UK / Canada (online therapist, LCSW, LMFT, Mindset coach, relationship coach)
and you want content that leads to booked-out weeks and high-ticket clients, not just reach-
DM me for a relaxed conversation.
I'll take a look at your profile and tell you exactly what to shift in your messaging so your visibility turns into sales.
â5 tips to heal Xâ content isnât dying because of the algorithm.
Itâs dying because your audience can get the same tactics from ChatGPT in 3 seconds.
If youâre Omline Coach
you donât need more âhow toâ postsâŚ
You need belief-shifting content that makes people think:
âWait⌠the way Iâm approaching this is the real problem.â
Thatâs the kind of value that actually sells your work and fills your booking appointments.
Comment âShiftâ and Iâll send you a breakdown on turning your educational tips into belief-shifting content that attracts ready-to-invest clients.
Most coaches donât struggle with contentâŚ
They struggle with coming up with ideas that actually work.
So they sit there thinking, overthinking, and guessing.
Hereâs the truth:
You donât need more creativity. You need a system.
This is how I go from âI donât know what to postâ
to 30 days of content ideas:
> First, stop creating from scratch.Thatâs the fastest way to stay stuck.
Instead, go study whatâs already working.
Search your niche on Instagram or TikTok
and look for outlier content.
Not random viral postsâŚ
Iâm talking about videos that perform 2â5x better than the creatorâs usual views.
Thatâs where the signal is. Now youâre not guessing anymore. Youâre working from proof.
> Second, donât copy⌠understand.
Most people just remake the same video.Thatâs why their content feels generic.
Break it down instead:
⢠What made you stop scrolling?
⢠When did they introduce the problem?
⢠How did they keep your attention?
Then rebuild it in your own way.
Same structure.Different voice.
Thatâs how you stay original without reinventing everything.
> Third, filter and organize.
Not every idea is worth posting.
Keep the ones that:
⢠Fit your audience
⢠Match your message
⢠You can actually explain clearly
Then map it out:
One idea per day.
Now youâve got 30 days of content.
No more overthinking.
No more âwhat should I post?â
Just execution.Thatâs the difference between
random contentâŚ
and a system that actually works.
If you want the full framework I use to turn ideas into content that brings clients,
comment âSYSTEMâ.
