Don't stop talking about the Epstein files. If this man were Muslim, the whole world would be condemning Islam right now. Because he's Jewish, everyone is silent.

This is the maqam of Sayyiduna Bilal. Damascus.
When the Prophet ﷺ left this world, Bilal left Madinah and went to Shaam because he couldn't live in Madinah without seeing Rasūlullāh ﷺ.
One night, he saw the Beloved who said, "Bilal you haven't visited us in so long!" He got up and tirelessly rode until he got to Madinah. When he made the adhan on that day after many years, Madinah shook and every man and woman wept in remembrance of the Habib. When he reached, 'Ashahadu ana Muhammad... ﷺ' he fell on the floor in tears because couldn't bear to make the adhan without seeing Rasūlullāh ﷺ.
When Sayyiduna Bilal was on his deathbed, he said, 'What a day of happiness! Tomorrow I will meet Muhammad ﷺ and his Companions.' May Allāh grant us a drop from the ocean of his love. رضي الله عنه....!!
So blessed be Almighty, the Best of Creators!
1) This is a human heart & how it beats non-stop 24/7.
2) If it stops beating, one will die.
3) It beats around 100,000 daily,
& 35 million times a year.
4) If you lived for 71 years, it beats 2.5 billion times.

1. Most energy drinks contain 100 - 300 milligrams of caffeine in a single can.
2. Too much caffeine can cause anxiety, digestive upset and irregular heart beat.
3. Energy drinks also contain high amounts of added sugar.
4. Added sugar has been linked to diabetes, heart disease, weight gain and many other health problems.
5. Energy drinks tend to shoot up your blood sugar levels, followed by a sugar crash (steep drop in blood sugar) and fatigue.
6. Regular intake of energy drinks can distort your metabolism.
7. It is healthier to drink water or coffee than to binge on energy drinks.

In line with the current realities in the country and commitment of our administration to ameliorate the effects of removal of fuel subsidy on the well-being of the good people of Ogun State, we have approved the following measures for immediate implementation:
1. Cash palliative of N10,000 for each public servant including pensioners to enable workers to cope with the economic shocks occasioned by the removal of fuel subsidy for 3 months in the first instance with effect from July 2023.
2. Approval of hazard allowance for all health and medical personnel in the State.
3. Approval of peculiar allowance for public servants in the State.
4. Immediate release of Letters of Promotion in respect of 2021 and 2022.
5. Payment of March and April 2023 leave bonuses for public servants in the State.
6. Immediate cash-backing for the quarterly payment of gratuities to pensioners.
7. All our Ministries, Departments and Agencies are to work out modalities of ensuring that 20% of their staff strengths are off-duty daily to ease the effect of the recent increase in fuel price among public servants.
8. Commencement of food palliatives to the vulnerable (rice, garri, beans, maize etc).
9. Furthermore, Gateway Trading Company has been directed to ensure the establishment of distribution outlets across the state, while items must be sold at the rate obtainable before the fuel price increase.
10. Also, fertilizers and other farm inputs are to be supplied to farmers at subsidized and controlled prices.
11. Other measures include the commencement of conversion of State Mass Transit buses to CNG including staff buses and current public transportation buses in circulation to reduce the cost of transportation by charging rates comparable to what was obtained before deregulation.
12. Immediate Road Infrastructure Intervention, with all the local governments working with Community Development Associations and Community Leaders to submit three roads that require immediate intervention as part of the palliative programmes and support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through Special Schemes to boost production capacity and employment generation.
NIGERIA UPDATE: “My lines are open….” - Gen T Lagbaja. A new kind of Chief of Army Staff who without doubt will wipe out terrorism, banditry, vandalism and militancy in Nigeria.
I know the new COAS very well. Gen Taoreed Lagbaja was my last GOC as Governor of Kaduna State. He always led from the front anywhere he is
He personally led troops to confront bandits in Kaduna State. He did the same in the North East and South East. The operatives of Boko Haram, IPOB, ESN and the bandits know well and fear him. He is the best choice as COAS.
This video says it all. Thank you General Lagbaja. Keep on doing what you have always done so well and with valour. Gid Bless you. - Nasir @elrufai
Dear @Davido
We, the Muslim Umma, are writing this note to express our deep concern and disappointment over your recent song that features Islamic sacred practices. The depiction of people praying salat in your music video has caused great disturbance and offense...
