I decided to design a Research Study Analysis & Reporting workflow

The journey starts at the Dashboard

It answers one question immediately: What’s happening across my research projects right now?

From here, users get summaries, quick actions & entry points into deeper analysis

At this stage, users can compile selected findings into a structured report.

I designed this to support both personal use and clinical communication, allowing flexible report generation based on selected data points.

I took on a redesign challenge for a real product. So I picked Jiji. Not because it’s bad, but because it has clear UX gaps worth fixing. I wanted to treat it like a real product case study. Not just “make it look better” but actually improve how it works.

Posting an ad should be simple. But right now, it feels overwhelming. Long forms, no clear structure, too much at once. This increases drop-off and user frustration and My solution is to break it into categories and Grouped fields logically and added helpful hints..

Search is one of the most important parts of Jiji. But the experience can be better. Filtering and scanning results takes too much effort, and my approach is to improve clarity and control.
