@OkanTugut45560 They take advantage of models new to the scene because they are clueless. If I had given a photographer £200, I would have gotten 10X my money worth compared to the photo studio charging over £1k

I started modelling on 28th of February 2025, got scammed into buying a portfolio package of £1k+ which I regret, paid £500 thinking it was the right process to book jobs, signed with three sketchy agencies that demanded money to register (Models Direct, Fusion Management, & LBD)

A year later, I am indebted, but my growth supercedes what I've lost. Without prior knowledge or mentor, I jumped into a field I had nothing but passion for. I learnt the hard way. I am grateful for every step I took and how far I've come.

Models, hard truths about findings an agency to sign you?
Mine is: the rejections will hit you hard, but you mustn't let it distract or disturb you. My heart goes out to hardworking model like me seeking representation while doing everything possible to be a good model ❤️❤️❤️
