@fidelity_united Nearly 2 months of delay on my motor claim #UFIC-797397. Car stuck at garage for 1.5 months. Despite comprehensive insurance,windscreen damaged in the accident is still not approved. Reinspection promised on call, noone sent, emails ignored.

Shocked to learn that @CBDUAE shared my details with @Ipsos Stat Emirates for so called market survey without my consent. I even hv a screenshot of call, where the agent confirmed CBD provided my info. This isn’t research but a serious privacy breach. Totally unacceptable. #CBD
