ከምዝፍለጥ በመሰረት ሕገ መንግስቲ ፈዴሪኢ 62(9)፣ ከምኡውን በመሰረት ስምምዕነት ፕሪቶሪያን ኣብ ክልላት ምእታው ጣልቃ መንግስቲ ፈዴራል ንምድንጋግ ብዝወጸ አዋጅ ቁጽሪ 359/1995 መሠረት፣ ከምኡውን ምምስራት ኣሳታፊ ግዚያዊ ምምሕዳር መንግስቲ ትግራይ ብዝምልከት ዝተደንገገ ናይ ቤት ምኽሪ ሚንስተራት ደንቢ ቁጥር 533/2015 መሠረት ዝቆመ ጊዚያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ንክልተ ዓመታት ኣብ ስራሕ ምጽንሑ ይፍለጥ።

በመሰረት ኣወጅ 359/1995 ኣንቀጽ 15(3) ጊዚያዊ ምምሕዳር ንክልተ ዓመት ጥራይ እዩ ክጸንሕ ዝኽእል። ጭቡጥ ምክንያት እንተሃልዩ ግና ዕድመ እቲ ጊዚያዊ ምምሕዳር ምንዋሕ ይከኣል። በቶም ቅድም ክብል ዝተገለጹ ሕግታትን ውዕሊ ፕሪቶሪያ ዝቆመ ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ኣብ ውሽጢ ኽልተ ዓመት ናይ ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ዕማማቱ አጻፊፉ ሓላፍነቱ ብህዝቢ ንዝተመረጸ መንግስቲ ከረክብ ይግባእ ነይሩ።

ይኹን እንበር ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ዝተውሃቦ ቁልፊ ዕማማት ኣብ ዝተወሰነሉ ጊዜ ከጻፍፍ ኣይከኣለን። ካብቶም ቁልፊ ዕማማት ሓድ ምርጫ ንምከያድ ዘኽእል ምቹእ ኩነታት ምፍጣር እዩ። እዙ ዕማም እዙይ ካብቶም ዘይተጻፈፉ ዕማማት ሓደ ብምዃኑ ዕድመ ጊዝያዊ መንግስቲ ሕጊ ብምምሕያሽ ብሓደ ዓመት ምንዋሕ ግድን ኰይኑ አሎ።

መንግስቲ ፈዴራል ኣብ መሬት ዘሎ ጭቡጥ ኩነታት ኣብ ግምት ብምእታው ዕደመ ጊዚያዊ መንግስቲ ንምንዋሕ፣ ፖለቲካዊ፣ ምምሕዳራውን ናይ ሕግን ስራሕቲ ኣብ ምክንዋን ዝርከብ ኰይኑ ምስእዙይ ተኣሳሲሩ ሓዱሽ ፕረዚደንት ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ምሻም እውን ኣድላይ ኰይኑ አሎ።

ከም ዝፍለጥ በመሰረት ደንቢ ቁጽሪ 533/2015 አንቀጽ 3(2) ፕረዚደንት ጊዚያዊ ምምሕዳር ምሻም ናይ ቀደማይ ሚስትር ሓላፍነት እኳ እንተኮነ ህዝቢ ብዝተማለአ መገዲ ብምርጫ መራሕቱ ክሳብ ዝመርጽ ኣብ ጥቆማ ፕረዚደነት ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ተሳትፎ ክህልዎ ኣድላይ ብምኳኑ፤ ንዕማማት ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ብብቕዓት ክፍጽሙ ይከእሉ እዮም ፣ ሰላምን ድሕንነትን እቲ ክልል ከራጋግፁ ይከእሉ እዮም ትብልዎም ሕጹያት ኣብታሕቲ ናብ ዝተገለጸ ናይ ቀደማይ ሚነስትር ቢሮ ኢሜል አደራሻ ከብ ሎሚ ጀሚርኩም ጥቆማኹም ክትልእኹ ከምትኽእሉ ነፍልጥ።
