@helenwilsonxx I’ve had 5 chiropractor appointments as it got so bad and I’m finally pain free! but I have to really watch my posture still a lot more than in the office. I never had problems there!! I have to get up and walk every hour and stretch my back a lot and then it doesn’t get sore 😤
