In as much as I agree that curry and thyme have no place in local dishes, adding them doesn’t mean you suck at cooking. You probably just like the taste🤷🏾♀️. If I’m cooking, I’m cooking for my tastebuds. It’s a different thing if the food is for people. Also, explore with ur food.
