@danielfoch Banks are fighting more than other banks. They fight their own dang self. The amount of times I have a deal with a bank and then the branch undercuts a deal that’s already with that lender 🤯
@mortgageagentsn You don’t need to be a first time buyer to put the minimum down it just needs to be a primary residence….this is great for a move up buyer who wants to have fallback or do renos.
Lots of this coming up so far this year and everyone confused as to why it’s happening. Two things:
1. Buyer sentiment- aka pause in rate increases adding confidence
2. Bond market edging down the price of fixed rates adding to buying power.
