Contradictory CS @FreedomMobile AGAIN. Retail CSR helpfully moved me to better plan, but couldn’t explain extra $250 charge on bill (found out later it was penalty). Wasted hrs with multiple CSRs on phone just to get back to orig (worse) plan #YouDeserveFreedomFromMisinformation
