PART 2: The role CEXs in USTC’s recapitalization

As we all know, the vast majority of USTC trading activity takes place on CEXs. CEX liquidity is also essential for any stablecoin as a nexus with the global fiat currency system, enabling new inflows and the ability to exchange stablecoins for something which can buy real-world goods / services.

As far as this proposal (or any future USTC related proposal) is concerned, the buy-in of key CEX partners (Binance, CoinDCX, OKX, and Kucoin) is critical. We want you to join us in creating this tax framework on your own exchange. As a gesture of appreciation, we would support CEXs keeping a substantial share of USTC divergence-tax profits (50%) for themselves, acknowledging the implementation work that CEXs will need to do in order to make the tax happen.

This will create several sources of value capture for exchanges immediately, if implemented.

Malaysian airlines flight, MH370 is believed to have crashed into the Indian Ocean. It vanished from radar during a flight in March 2014 and till date, it hasn't been found.
