News: #Ethiopia secures over $340m in export deals at ‘Export to #China’ forum
Ethiopian exporters and Chinese importers have signed 33 business-to-business (#B2B) agreements valued at more than $340 million at the “Export to China” forum, according to the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration.
The agreements were signed during the launch of the forum, organized by the Ministry in collaboration with the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, bringing together senior government officials from both countries, Chinese importers and Ethiopian exporters.
Trade and Regional Integration Minister Kassahun Gofe (Phd) said the forum was intended to deepen Ethiopia-China trade and economic ties while promoting Ethiopian products in the Chinese market.
According to the Minister, promotional activities were undertaken to connect Chinese importers with Ethiopian producers of agricultural and industrial products and facilitate large-scale purchases.
He said the agreements cover exports of coffee, sesame, soybeans, textiles and mineral products. The deals are expected to contribute to Ethiopia’s export revenues by expanding market access for locally produced goods.
The Minister described the forum as a platform for advancing the “sustainable and comprehensive strategic partnership” between Ethiopia and China toward deeper trade and economic integration.
Chang Hui, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Foreign Trade at China’s Ministry of Commerce, reaffirmed Beijing’s commitment to strengthening bilateral trade and economic relations with Ethiopia.
He said China would continue working to expand market opportunities for Ethiopian products, adding that Chinese importers were prepared to purchase high-quality Ethiopian goods on a large scale and establish a sustainable trade bridge between the 2 countries.

🇪🇹☕️ Urgent conservation and climate-resilient practices are essential to maintain Ethiopia's global competitiveness in coffee industry, Ethiopian coffee expert Abel Ayele told Sputnik Africa.
He recommended cultivating specialty coffee under natural forest canopies and prioritizing research to protect Ethiopia's unique wild coffee genetic diversity from extreme weather.
Job was the most righteous man on earth.
God Himself said so.
Then God allowed everything to be taken from him — his wealth, his children, his health.
And for 35 chapters, God said nothing.
The Book of Job is not a book about why good people suffer.
It is a book about who God is when He doesn't explain Himself.
A thread. 🧵
@elonmusk@creation247 Acts 2:38, 8:16, 10:48, 19:5) Repentance, baptism in Jesus’ Name & receiving the Holy Spirit are part of the new birth experience (John 3:5). If you truly want to follow the apostolic pattern, I encourage you to be baptized in Jesus Name to complete your obedience to the gospel.
@elonmusk@creation247 Salvation is more than just believing—it’s responding fully to the gospel. The Bible teaches that there is one God, revealed in Jesus Christ (Deuteronomy 6:4; John 14:9). In the book of Acts, every believer was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.
"I'm just flesh and bone, but more importantly, I'm a soul, and that soul is accountable to one being."
"I've had an unbelievably blessed life... So praise God. I've been all across the world. I've met with world leaders."
"I've flown Air Force One, got to know a president. I have an amazing family, the podcast Turning Point USA... And so you experienced that, and you're like, 'What actually matters?'"
"What matters is your relationship with the divine, your relationship with your family, your kids, and maybe a close collection of friends, and your relationship with the truth."
So much wisdom and taken way too soon. Charlie Kirk will never be forgotten.
Many deny the truth that One God was manifested in the flesh, and His Name is Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:9). This foundational belief opens the way to understanding the ‘Roman Road’—Romans 3:23 reminds us all have sinned, Romans 5:8 shows God’s love as Christ died for us, and
