@RobertC43556505 @dotkrueger I just don’t think everyone understands the implication’s. Most of these unrealized gains are in illiquid assets like businesses. Essentially, it would force business owners to sell their business to PE. Causing a cascade of negative events.

@andrewdbeer1 @ronlieber I don’t think the VC’s bring much value other than money and the attraction of more VC money. $AMZN and $MCHP. To be clear I do not have a position in her funds. She already hit on $TSLA when there were a lot less believe in the company. All I’m saying is she will hit again.

@andrewdbeer1 I remember when Warren Buffett was get crucified back in the day before the dotcom crash. Now he’s a rockstar again. It’s just based on the current performance. She isn’t going anywhere.

@andrewdbeer1 Look at $MCHP or $AMZN as public companies. You only need one. She got $TSLA and she’ll get another one. Most will fail but that’s the game. No one wanted to own either of those companies. It may take her 5-10 years but she’ll get another one.

@CathieDWood it’s almost too late but you need to use options to protect your portfolio. The fed is on the wrong side and most likely will put us in a deep recession.

@CathieDWood Long term you are right. The challenge is staying alive until your theories can be proven. I remember before the dot com crash @WarrenBuffett was getting destroyed by the media similar to your situation today.

@traderstewie I was thinking the exact same thing. It’s a little like $Tsla as well. Could take a few years though assuming no market crash.
