@bcandersonphd@carocastillag This is devastating news. My deepest condolences. Carolina was one of my closest friends during our time at UDLAP, an exceptional student, a generous soul, one of the most intellectually gifted people I’ve known, and a truly kind person. Her absence will be deeply felt
My deepest condolences. Carolina was an outstanding student in my undergrad Microeconomics, Development Economics and Game Theory courses at @udlap , more than 20 years ago. Later she became my teacher/research assisstant for one year. Got accepted to her PhD and moved on. Always super optimistic, positive and eager to learn. I knew of her very successful career but we lost touch. It is so sad to get these news. She leaves a great academic legacy behind.
