@DFSCare I’ve received a phone call today saying I still need to pay £150 to return. Apparently whoever looked at this photo said the colours are exactly the same. Are they colour blind?

@DFSCare ordered the sofa on the left and received the one on the right. The photo on the left looks black and the one on the right is a white/grey. DFS are now demanding I pay them £150 to return it. Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!
