How to enable waste and fraud 101: setup new crown corp with copious amounts of budget, no actual measurable performance metrics and zero oversight.
At this point they aren’t even pretending like this will work, that’s how brain dead they think the voter base is. And they’re not wrong.
Build Canada Homes will now be a crown corporation.
With no clear mandate for amount of homes to be built.
But dont worry. Trust them.
Gregor Robertson (Liberal Housing Minister) is hoping your pensions will help pay and invest in all of this.
Probably bait but thanks for trying anyways. :) Search is coming. You can rename tabs today (it’s in the menu bar and command palette). But none of that matters here, all that matters is you’re happy using whatever terminal you’re using and you gave it a shot. It’s not for everyone and that’s okay. ❤️
Why would a representative of the people vote against getting money back for services that were never provided? Why did 165 of our representatives vote against this motion?
tried to handle this in private but we stopped getting responses
charm is the company that tried to acquire opencode originally - the lead dev wanted to do it and me and adam did not
spoke with their CEO and he agreed that i owned the opencode name given the price i paid to acquire the domain and public association
didn't want some drawn out battle so compromise was they take the repo and i'd keep the name
it's been a month and we started fresh and built a brand new product...and they continue to use the name to confuse people
they also
- rewrote github history to unlink my commits
- registered new packages with a similar name to cause confusion
- banned adam from the original repo
- merged retracted PRs against authors' will
- deleted github comments asking for clarity
so a large % of people seeing us talk about opencode are landing in the wrong place
it's pretty embarrassing to try and hijack someone else's distribution
confirms my apprehension about their involvement in the first place
The only way this stops is if MPs are classified as fiduciaries wrt public funds. Right now there’s zero accountability and the numbers really don’t seem to matter. If running a deficit bears no real consequence to the person making the decision, what incentive do they have to not?
After hearing what the Brits think of his impact on the ECB and his many obvious conflicts of interest, he genuinely does not appear to be a great candidate. The platform released today just confirms this. It’s becoming increasingly clear that he had a large impact on the policies in place for the past five years at least and they have all turned out to be massive failures.
If you want to understand the clown world in BC under the current provincial govt (including funded entities), consider this job description for a $30.54/hour librarian.
The text highlighted in red is actual job skills.
The text in blue is ideological anti-racism requirements

The fact that @cursor_ai still consistently fails at generating markdown is mind boggling. This issue was first reported in Aug 2023 and was supposedly fixed in 0.46 but still isn't really fixed.
