#indigo flight no 781 from Delhi to Bangalore. All the passengers are hoarded in the bus with non-functional AC. The driver is not given the instructions to move. Wonder what it is, a punishment to travel by the airline? Why are customers not at the top of its agenda

Yesterday during my travel Delhi. I forgot to collect a few things kept in a separate tray (including the jewellery) at the security area. I realised it after several hours of landing and didn't hope to recover them. Still contacted CISF, & they helped me recover it. Thank you.
