Behavior and cultural shifts are very effective measures, and i m really not denying this fine-thing .
U r straw Manning me,just wanted to know, apart from these fines and enforcement, what measures are being taken!

@GuyAirline @valleytraffic I agree on more enforcement and stricter fines. But,That's again a short term fix!!
What do we need? more fines to be collected in the Treasury or less number of accidents recorded in the book.
So, fines are okay, but i just wanted to know the long term steps? Do they have any?
