@GyanTherapy I have proofs of many consumer getting free replacement even after out of warranty it's all over reddit and Rog Forum. A consumer from Bangladesh got free replacement even though he did 3rd party repair and mentioned it, I have thier mail replies as proofs.

This issue is totally manufacturing defect I have collected many proofs I even met a guy from my hometown who have this issue recently and his motherboard replacement was approved

@GyanTherapy ASUS is denying a free motherboard replacement, alleging third-party repairs, and offering only a 40% discount. My laptop was taken to a local shop for inspection/handling, not motherboard repair. An out-of-warranty inspection shouldn't automatically mean third-party repair.

ASUS, I trusted you. This is extremely disappointing. My ROG Strix G16 suffered a motherboard failure, and my goodwill request is being rejected over a red arrow sticker. The ASUS-authorized service center told me it was only placed to highlight the burnt/damaged PCB area.

I contacted asusexecutivecare and denied my free replacement saying I did 3rd party repairs on it but i never did anything outside the service center, they offered my 30% discount (₹51,000) still very costly.
