SIPs and real estate are two different ways to build wealth. SIPs doesn't require much effort in selecting a good fund, success in real estate depends on where you invest and how early you identify the opportunity.
My cousin never believed in buying property.
He invested ₹20,000 every month in mutual funds and stayed consistent.
His friend took a completely different route.
He used ₹20 lakh as a down payment and bought an ₹85 lakh flat in Gurgaon.
8 years later↓↓↓
Google launched an image generation feature in Google Earth.
People started creating violent images, such as a plane crashing into a skyscraper.
Within a day, Google rolled back the feature and announced that it would bring it back after implementing stronger safety measures.
‼️ BREAKING: Google is pulling Nano Banana image generation from Google Earth a day after launch.
Users created prompts to generate images showing a plane hitting a Manhattan skyscraper, a bombing in Moscow, a nuclear plant in Iran, refugees at the US–Mexico border and a bomb crater in Los Angeles.
Google says it's building "stronger guardrails."
@Curious_Monkey7 Initially it was based on open source but at present they have models developed from scratch. Every AI model is ultimately trained on data created by someone else.
@prakashadvani Companies developing frontier AI models will be limited. However, data centres and other AI infrastructure will continue to expand with the increasing adoption, fine tuning, and hosting of AI models.
@warikoo So humans will be needed for highly personalized or unique cases. For most routine professional work, AI will eventually reason, make decisions, and execute tasks. As they say, not everything can be automated, someone still has to be be held accountable when things go wrong. 😆
@warikoo Point 6. It's really interesting. Governments would sign cheques for their citizens, and still it would not cause inflation. AI would produce more than the demand, causing deflation instead of inflation.
@Fintech03 Because they cant appreciate incremental progress. They love the idea that we cant do this. They are happy to build on other countries' models.

These questions may sound extreme today.
But the conversation has already shifted.
It's no longer just about building smarter AI. It's about ensuring humanity remains capable of governing it.

The people building the world's most advanced AI systems are asking governments to slow down.
More than 1,200 employees from leading AI companies, including @AnthropicAI , @OpenAI and @GoogleDeepMind , have signed an open letter titled "Pacing the Frontier."

That raises bigger questions.
Could we see AI alliances similar to today's geopolitical blocs?
Will access to advanced AI chips and computing become even more restricted?
Could frontier AI eventually be governed like nuclear technology?
