What compensation the govt is giving?
Is there any provision in relation to Malicious prosecution?
Criminal jurisprudence says , bail should be rule but here bail is an exception?
Why no preliminary enquiry before arrest?
Why the whole family or village is being booked in the name of SC-ST ?
Why the govt increased the compensation by 40% , is it part of startup India funding program?
