This is my issue regarding electricity bill payment over Paytm app by clicking on notification of bill generation but instead of my designated board which is Kesco it transferred to PVVNL.
Now Kesco is presenting me the Bill

1. How Paytm provided me bill payment notification of PVVNL instead of Kesco, while I have paid previous bills to Kesco over Paytm and have no connections of PVVNL

While your app's support options are very limited are not offering any help.

This one Bus from Vikas Nagar depot hit my car from behind in stopped traffic and driver is saying brakes are not in good condition

There could any mishap with any sick person approaching hospital.
People are daily stucked and miss there duty hour and students are oftenly reaching late to school.
Pls look into this.
This can be minimized with attention from officials.

There is a green signal and train is halting at Station for more half an hour.
