@GoFirstairways Your ground staffs are really careless and then don't even know what is Customer Service. Their attitude towards customer at Bangalore Airport was really very worst and after that i decided in future i will never book @GoFirstairways ticket.

I went to your counter where i met, Ms Bhavana Chouhan (Customer Senior Executive) after hearing to my query she said to wait for 5min and i agreed for the same, but next what happened was shocking there was no other customer to attend but still she made me to wait for 15min.

If you face any such kind of issues in future please contact indigo staff at arrival station and they will refund you full amount what you pay for XL seat.

@LiveFromALounge @IndiGo6E On Some of Indigo A321 Neo New Model Aircrafts with 232 seated Aircraft has emergency exit rows on row 16 & 17.
And as you have mentioned the registration VT-IUJ this is one of the new model and the emergency exit rows are 16 & 17.
