@HMRCcustomers Moved employers in 22/23 tax yr. New employer taxed me as if only job for 22/23. I have tried many times to repay this by contacting HMRC inc. applying for a UTR to file a return. UTR declined & HMRC call centre unable to help. How can I repay? 23/24 tax is fine.

@HMRCcustomers thanks Najmin. The helpline is not able to help. They repeatedly report that a 'back office' calculation is required, which I never receive. How can we progress this?
