@Vitality_UK We’ve been a member for 4 years at platinum status, we’ve never struggled to get points until this year when you introduced the silly game which has meant our status has also changed. My husband burnt 900 cals at a hyrox last week but didn’t meet threshold according to your app😂
@Vitality_UK Oh my god I’ve just realised, you only give me points if I’m working out at a vitality partner gym?! But there aren’t any within a 30 mile radius of where we live?! Why are you making it so difficult for long standing members to earn points!!!
@Vitality_UK we’ve not had a renewal letter but you’ve just automatically renewed us? Also we work out every single day for an hour and our app never updates anymore unless it’s walking related… what’s going on?!
@Vitality_UK I spent 16 minutes waiting to get through yesterday to query your cancellation policy to have someone answer the phone and then put it down straight after with no call back. Is there an email I can use to contact you?
@Vitality_UK@ajjjja1234 It’s not new, octopus energy have been doing this for years but the concept is optional, yours isn’t. I pay a substantial amount of money each month to be rewarded for being active. Not spending time ‘playing’ on my phone.

EK355 Singapore to Dubai, every single member of staff was fantastic, worked really well as a team and made the journey really pleasant and actually quite fun! 😂 was disappointed when we landed and it was over!
@Vitality_UK have you made cinema tickets now chargeable? We’ve enjoyed free tickets through vitality for over a year now and we’ve just gone to get tickets and they’re an additional £8 for us both. We wouldn’t mind but it’s the only perk we really use 🙄
