Transplant pt. Diarrhea x 4 weeks. Weekly CMV viral loads 308,166, 66 and then 51. Not on therapy. Biopsy on week 4 shows CMV colitis. Key point: Viral load may be low or even negative despite tissue invasive CMV GI disease
