i built a skill to un-slop AI-looking apps
most AI-generated UIs still have the same problem:
they look polished, but they also look obviously AI-made
same cards
same gradients
same generic “modern app” layout
same zero-personality design
so this skill forces claude to actually think differently than it would normally do
→ starts from a real visual concept
→ explores 3 different directions
→ picks one coherent design language
→ renders the screens at iPhone size
→ scans the result for obvious AI-slop patterns
→ critiques and refines it before you ship
when everyone is shipping ai slop apps, yours has to be different to succeed
i’m giving the full skill away for free
rt + comment “stop slop” and i’ll send it over

@dantheirl Stage filter is the underrated one. Same vertical, different budget cycle. Tip: after the 5-sample approve, freeze the stage band for 2 weeks — otherwise every "almost ICP" sneaks back into the list.
@ruzgarzere Nice loop. One guardrail before send: one personal line that only fits that company (trigger, hire, product launch). Without it, "personalized" cold email still dies in the same inbox pile.
@hosun_chung Revenue per dollar raised is a sharp lens for outbound. Curious which of these still win on reply rate vs. volume — efficiency on capital doesn't always mean efficiency on attention.
@ghemudamol Brutal and true. Buyers who want founder LinkedIn + SEO + lead gen in one retainer usually need a scope ladder: pick one outcome for 90 days, measure it, then add channels.
@thenathanlopes Agree. AI drafts the skeleton; the founder voice is the specific story (failed experiment, customer quote, number that surprised you). Without that, it reads like every other SaaS post.
@alanxx3yy5w The compounding piece is the review loop. One weekly ritual: what message got replies, what ICP actually booked, kill the rest. Solo GTM dies when every day starts from a blank list.
@darian_pan This is underrated. Lock the outbound block on the calendar first, then ship. Tip: same 3 ICP angles every morning — problem, trigger event, cost of inaction — so you don't invent a new pitch daily.
@IvanLapsa Spot on. A simple hedge: 20% of pipeline from a weekly outbound block (even light) so one procurement freeze doesn't freeze payroll. Referrals stay the core; outbound is insurance.
@saguppa The graveyard is the real product diary. One filter that helps: kill anything that doesn't move the north-star metric in 2 weeks of real use — even if the demo looks great.
LinkedIn te come 1–2h por post? Suele ser falta de sistema, no de disciplina.

Tip PMM: antes del pitch, escribe la objeción #1 de tu buyer en una frase.
El post solo responde eso (prueba, caso, número).
Menos features. Más “por qué ahora”.

🚨 BREAKING: Claude can now design logos that look like they cost $10,000.
I tested it myself.
The final result cost me exactly $0.
