SecState Marco Antonio Rubio didn't want to break the tension b/n Ethe-Eri, instead he shows us his stand behind Egyptians interest. Its clear Ethiopia has the right to defend its territorial sovereignty. He said nothing while Eritrea invades Ethiopia in Tigray.
