This morning in Biddeford, Maine, a 26-year-old man said goodbye to his wife and daughter and left for work. Moments later he was dead, shot in the head by ICE agents, the second man ICE has killed in six days.
ICE is killing our neighbors. ICE cannot be reformed. Abolish ICE.
It doesn’t matter if the man killed by ICE in Maine was authorized to work in the United States or not. It doesn’t matter if he had a social security or not. ICE should not be killing anyone. Period.
ICE has shot and killed yet another man, this time a 26-year-old Colombian in Maine who was not the target of their investigation.
This comes after they killed a Mexican man, who was also not the target of their operation, in Houston last week.

A diarrhea-causing parasite has now infected over 1,000 Americans, spreading across 29 states.
Last year, RFK Jr and Elon Musk dissolved the CDC office responsible for preventing parasitic infections.
The amount of black KIDS that have been found swingin from trees or found dead by the hands of their "friends" or just because of the color of their skin in the last month is so disheartening and not enough people are speaking out about it😭
💔 ICE fatally shoots and kills 52-year-old Lorenzo Salgado while conducting a traffic stop in Houston.
According to CNN, Salgado had no criminal record and was on his way to work when unmarked ICE vehicles began chasing him. Fearing for his safety, he tried to drive away before an officer shot and killed him.
Imagine losing your child, only to have strangers immediately tell you what you “should’ve” done. The world has become so desensitized to trauma that empathy comes second to being right. I understand the conversation about race, but this is not the time. Let that mom grieve first
Madame Celeste Amarilla,
Kylian Mbappé responds to racist remarks from Paraguayan senator Celeste Amarilla:
“You are a despicable woman and unworthy of your position.
You do not represent Paraguay, that country which has sweated passion and honor throughout the competition. Through your recklessness and your brazen racism, the entire world has already forgotten the journey and the historic effort that your players accomplished during this World Cup, making way for an incompetent woman who gives the worst possible image of her country.
I will never allow people like her the freedom to spread their hatred and racism across the world.”
