Regular cycles/regular lh surge every month but when my doctor did bloodwork he said I wasn’t actually ovulating regularly or if I was it was a weak ovulation. It may be the same for you but your doctor could give you letrozole/clomid to help with ovulation!

@_mamalandy maybe you could ask about letrozole? there is less chance for multiples with letrozole compared to clomid, and a higher live birth rate!
