Dear Employees, Families and Carers, we have postponed tomorrow's ERC meeting to THUR 9th JUNE @ 1.00pm. Further to this, the upcoming FRI 27th MAY is an Employee RDO - do not come into work unless you are attending Deaf Awareness Training from Noon - 2pm. Thank you! AWA 😃😃😃
We were delighted to have Dr Monique Ryan, Independent member for Kooyong visit us. Dr Ryan was interested in Ability Works taking on manufacturing more snake mesh in our Wire and Metal fabrication facility, so our customer can purchase from us rather than import from overseas.
It was wonderful to visit Ability Works - an inclusive social enterprise supporting Australian manufacturing.
This structured environment supporting people with significant barriers to employment took on work usually done in China during COVID.
Inspirational.
