I’ve been in tears, but the irony is not lost. I’m getting alerts I’m losing my opportunity to trade in my old phone. It’s the last days to do so but they haven’t sent the new one so I can’t give them my old one.!!! #fail @CsBackmarket

I bought an iPhone from @backmarket last month paid for it waited and wasn’t delivered. Can’t reach anyone from their courier or speak to anybody from their despite having sent many’customer support’ into week two now waiting for my phone or any news as to what the hell happened.

@backmarket please have somebody get in touch with me at your earliest convenience you have my customer details. You also have an iPhone I’ve paid for. I have been chasing you since the 24th of February and getting nowhere. This is not okay. Your courier cannot be reached either

@backmarket @DHLGlobal DHL e-commerce are un contactable as a result I cannot get my phone which I have bought from BackMarket. I need someone from BackMarket to get in touch All legitimately from DHL as opposed to these chancers are whatsapping me from mobile phone numbers

@backmarket I need someone to call me because the address you have is incomplete and DHL e-commerce is un contactable by me. There is no way to convey this information to them and they keep changing delivery attempting delivery coming to my door and not ringing a buzzer

You ring this number you get three options none of which alllow for any human interaction or help for the customer - it’s a huge miss noma to call this a customer service number.

@dhlexpressuk dhl e-comms @backmarket the delivery system is a frustrating joke- no way to speak to a real person on the DHL telephone number it cuts you off- it says delivery attempted somebody took a photo of my door but nobody rang the doorbell. 2days now. HELP

Never using a @Shell garage car wash again paid for the platinum - left my car still covered in mud and bird poo ( the very reason I went In) The owner pointed to a sign ( not pointed out when I went in to pay for the wash) ‘will not remove bird poo …’ totally🤬unfit for purpose
