@qatarairways The complete lack of correspondence from Qatar Airways & through Velocity has been absolutely dreadful and I am SHOCKED there are still customers of yours that are struggling to just get home. Take this as a massive learning curve to be prepared in the event of war. Awful service

@qatarairways I dread to even think where I’d be right now had we not voluntarily cancelled our flights. We were due to fly back to BNE from MAN on March 4th. The communication has been dreadful from you. We got a refund and booked through a different provider to get home safely & confidently.
