@beyonslaygirl @UPS @UPSHelp It’s unacceptable. I’m grateful customer service responded but it shouldn’t have happened to begin w/. And they just dropped my 📦 in some obscure location. Didn’t bother to notify anyone that it was there. When I asked my leasing office about it they had to go hunt it down.

Very disappointed w/ @UPS for delivering a 📦 to my leasing office instead of my apt after I spoke with them multiple times to make sure that wouldn’t happen. How am I supposed to get a 100lb 📦 up to the 4th floor? I’m 💪🏾 but even I have my limits #fail #dobetter #teamfedex
