Pathetic service from @amazonIN and @LifelongOnline. Waited 7 days and the product was never delivered. No clear updates or customer support. Finally advised to cancel the order, with the refund taking another 5 days. Very disappointing.
Very poor service, @policybazaar. Payment made but policy not issued even after 4 days. KYC stuck due to “technical issues.” 5+ mins wait to reach support, no resolution. Finally had to cancel, refund will take 7 more days. Money stuck for 11 days! @PBHelpDesk@YashishDahiya
