Listen up friends, it's very late but I'll be real quick.

Paper leaks ain't no small thing, fr. It's been hurting lakhs of students and their parents. I understand.

So when it happened, we acted fast, investigated and caught the culprits, last 2.5 months they are still locked up, no cap. They're rotting in jail without bail.

Our main mission was making sure y'all didn't lose a whole year. We moved crazy fast, got exams sorted for almost 2.2 mil students ASAP, and dropped the results on 19th.

But we ain't stopping there. Today, I got my depts to cook up fast-track courts with strictest punishments for paper leaks. They pulled an all-nighter and handed me the draft late night, now.

Tomorrow's cabinet is where we discuss it, lock it in after everyone's input, then push that bill in Parliament starting Monday. We'll move fast.

So the main message:

Your future is non-negotiable. Anyone even thinks to mess with GenZ's dreams by leaking papers, we'll ensure they're getting cooked big time. Period.

And, we need to remember, these are just some of the steps taken by GoI. There's a lot more happening behind the scenes.

Also, due to the repeat issues, and the concerns, criticism, and protest of the genuinely aggrieved this time, am sure a lot more reforms are coming in the whole testing process.

We need to give this time. Because, as far as I can remember, for decades India has had this paper leak issue, every year, in every state, under every govt in power. It's a systemic issue that can't be solved in a night. But good to see the govt trying hard now.

This is not how paper leaking works. The coaching centers buy the leaked paper. They dont then just pass it on to students saying "hey here is the leaked paper - enjoy!"

The coaching center has a "last minute revision" session. Their top students are segregated separately. The students are bright and will get very high scores anyway. They are now asked to practice 200 "mock" questions. 50 of these are leaked questions. If a bright kid has seen a question, he/she will remember it and get a huge advantage in an exam. They largely dont know they are being fed leaked questions.

A bright kid who may have got 690 marks anyway will now get 710 marks because he/she has seen a few questions before. He/she most likely did not know it was being fed - they were not in on the conspiracy.

Smart coaching institute owners wont leak questions to dumb students. In fact this is why it blew up this time - some coaching center got too greedy.

सरकार शायद अभी तक Paper Leak की असली वजह को नहीं समझ पा रहे हैं। Paper Leak में पकड़े गए लोगों को सज़ा छोड़िए, फाँसी भी दे दी जाए, फिर भी इसे रोकना मुश्किल होगा। जब तक ये नहीं समझा जाएगा कि Paper Leak जन्म कैसे लेता है, तब तक समाधान नहीं निकलेगा। जब आप Tender में समझौता करके, कई बार Ban हो चुकी छोटी-छोटी कंपनियों को Contract देंगे... वो भी इस शर्त पर कि पार्टी फंड में भी पैसा जाए और कम कीमत में भी परीक्षा करा दी जाए... तो वो पैसा कहीं न कहीं से तो वसूल करेंगी ही। यहीं से Paper Leak की शुरुआत होती है। उन कंपनियों के पास न पर्याप्त Centres होते हैं, न पर्याप्त Employees। ऊपर से Outsourcing और Subletting इतनी ज़्यादा होती है कि Accountability ही खत्म हो जाती है। फिर आप उम्मीद करेंगे कि ऐसे Paper Leak रुक जाएगा?

It was such a peaceful movement, feel so sad that it had to take a violent turn. My heart goes out to the students and their families who were hurt. Paper leak is a very serious issue, and I am glad to know n see that the kids of our country have come together for a better educational system, and their parents supported them.

I truly appreciate the stand they have taken, showing dedication, sincerity, and keenness to study hard n make their future and a greater, educated India. This andolan, this protest, is the right way to go abt it, n the students have done this peacefully. So courageous and brave. Driven and motivated towards education, this generation will make India proud.

This issue is between the students and the educational system, it should not be hijacked politically, the credit should only go to the students of our country, and I am sure the government will also give them all the support n make it a stronger educational system. It’s a win-win situation. Hoping n praying for a positive decision. God bless all of you who wanna be educated.

Education should be the next trend and fashion, and should get trendier n more fashionable yr by yr, itna k bahar se log come to India to study and India becomes an educational hub.

अगले साल से NEET CBT Mode में होगा। लेकिन IIT-JEE सहित almost सभी सरकारी नौकरियों की परीक्षाएँ पहले से ही CBT हैं। फिर भी System Hack, Unauthorized Access और Solver Gang पकड़े जाने की खबरें सामने हैं। बस फर्क इतना है कि अब नकल सामूहिक कम और Personalized ज़्यादा हो जाती है।

जब तक सरकार के पास अपना मज़बूत Infrastructure नहीं होगा और परीक्षा व्यवस्था Outsourcing व Private Companies पर निर्भर रहेगी, तब तक सिर्फ़ Offline से CBT कर देने भर से समस्या का स्थायी समाधान निकल आएगा, ऐसा मान लेना उचित नहीं है |

Check Ssc cgl eduquity tender issue. How a blacklisted company was given a tender to conduct online exam. Check what happened in NTA online conducted Ahc ro aro. They need to overhaul the tender system and exam centre along with question making agency and normalisation.

NEET will be a Computer Based Test from Next Year, not OMR Based like it used to, no worries of paper leakeage, as they used to print 20-22 Lakh Question Paper Earlier, no worries or need to transport question paper now
