This weekend I was at an event and met so many of you in the community. I was just taken aback by how many of you are crippled by what you did wrong or what misstep you made or what decision you look back on and regret. You’re allowing that to completely dictate and eat up all the energy and oxygen in your mind and your life.

Friends, there is no time machine. There’s no going back. There’s only going forward. It is very clear to me that regret in the short term is fucking up so many of your futures.

Please look at this photo multiple times. Make it your screensaver on your phone. Send it to your family group chat. This is a conversation that needs to be had.
