يوضح المقال أن عمليات الشراء تتم عبر مسارين؛ الأول باستغلال حملة جنسيات غريبة (مثل الكندية والأسترالية والبريطانية)، والثاني بتكثيف الشراء عبر مواطنين أو شركات إماراتية بتمويل ورأس مال إسرائيلي لتفادي إثارة الشبهات.

تشمل العمليات استهداف الأراضي على عمق يصل إلى 15 كم من الحدود السورية عبر سماسرة ووكلاء عقارات، ودفع مبالغ ضخمة تفوق القيمة الحقيقية للأراضي (حتى غير الصالحة للزراعة أو البناء)، وصولاً إلى استخدام لغة التهديد والضغط العسكري على من يرفض البيع.

يؤكد الكاتب أن الهدف هو جعل الوجود الإسرائيلي دائماً في جنوب سوريا وتوسيع الاحتلال تحت غطاء تجاري وعقاري، وتخلص إلى ضرورة تدخل الدولة السورية بشكل عاجل لحظر بيع الأراضي في تلك المناطق لمنع هذا التغلغل.
