We haven’t done a great job of putting it out there but we’re creating a health fund for women. If you know any woman in Nigeria who’s struggling to afford bills related to childbirth, postpartum care, or family planning, we have some money for them.
Doctors’ complaint used to be patients not completing their malaria dose.
That happens because they feel well after two or three tablets and abandon the dose.
Now, I see people complete dose and not recover from malaria. In fact, it looks like one dose is not enough these days.
What is happening?

Arise TV, like the rest of the Nigerian journalism ecosystem is full of malpractice.
I wrote recently about the type of malaria we are now dealing with, because I have been a victim myself and I keep hearing that it is already claiming lives.
The medications we have at the moment do little or nothing to solve the problem. Most people I have spoken to said they have either turned to herbal medicines to clear it off or are planning to start herbal treatment for their own cases.
This has become a matter of urgency. We need to ask hard questions about what has gone wrong with our pharmaceutical system in Nigeria.
This is not about politics. This is a call to confront malaria as the deadly disease it is becoming. How can someone treat the same illness three times in two months, with hospital admissions, and still relapse? Some people have already treated it more than five times this year.
At this point, malaria should be declared a pandemic so that the health authorities can take it seriously and find real solutions.
Please let us spread this and bring attention to this new wave of malaria. People are dying. The medications are not working. Something must be done.

In 1969, during the Biafran War, Prof. Felix Oragwu and his team powered an aircraft with palm oil, 56 years before the world caught up!
A forgotten innovation, a buried legacy. It's time to give our pioneers their due recognition.
If for 400 years these guys have lived here, bought the land, try to preserve their culture, there's nothing wrong. Let's just accept that some Africans are WHITE. Period.
Nothing we can do about this.
Even if there's no whites, Africans would still kill one other based on tribe.
This man has invented a generator and power sources that runs for life without charging, Maxwell Sungulani Chikumbutso a Zimbabwean says he is the first ever man on earth to make such an invention.
@AfricanHub_ When your long lost son shows up after years and doesn't think, dress, speak, work, reason like the other sons, there will be siblings rivalry. There's simply no explanation far from this.
Both siblings don't seem excited to meet each other... Because of the same reason
